Learn to build the bridges.
Hashi is a puzzle of islands and bridges. Each island shows a number, and that is exactly how many bridges must touch it. Bridges run straight, never cross, and at most two join any pair. When you are done, every island belongs to one connected network. That is the whole rulebook. Getting good at it is another matter, and that is what the app is for.
Tap an island, then tap the one you want to link. Tap the same pair again for a double bridge, once more to clear it. This is the board the app's first lesson uses.

Most puzzle apps leave you to work out the technique yourself, or hand you the answer when you are stuck. Just Hashi does neither.
From the rules through to chasing a what-if two steps before it breaks. Each lesson is a short board where the technique is the way through, rather than a page of text to read.
Ask for a hint and the app tells you the region first. Ask again and it names the technique and states the rule. Ask again and it shows you the corridor it applies to. Only the last step draws the bridge for you, and taking it is a deliberate act.
Practice drills rehearse one technique at a time. Progress counts only the deductions you worked out unaided, so the path reflects what you can really do.
Every puzzle has exactly one solution, and every puzzle can be finished by reasoning alone. The app proves both before a board ever reaches you. A bridge that would cross another simply cannot be drawn, so a mistake is never hidden three moves back.
No ads, no subscription, and none of the timers, energy or coins that puzzle apps tend to arrive with. Everything works offline.
The app collects nothing. No account, no analytics, no advertising. Your progress is stored on your device and never sent anywhere, and apart from the App Store purchase check the app makes no network requests at all. Full privacy policy.
Settings, then Restore purchases. It is always available, including when the app already thinks it is unlocked. If nothing comes back, check you are signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Yes, entirely. Puzzles are generated on your device. The only time the app talks to the network is to ask the App Store whether the unlock has been purchased.
On the device, in the app's own storage. There is no cloud sync, so deleting the app deletes your stats, streak and lesson progress.
It isn't. Every shipped puzzle is checked twice before you see it: once to prove it has exactly one solution, and once to prove the app's own techniques can finish it. If you are stuck, the hint button will name the technique that applies. If you still think a board is wrong, mail me and say which one.
